Cultivation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cultivation Specialist to join our team at Curaleaf, a leading global cannabis provider. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of cannabis products through effective production planning, execution, and quality control.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Cultivation Specialist will work closely with the cultivation leadership team to plan and execute daily growing activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.

• Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet company goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and monitoring of plant growth, harvesting, and curing processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of growing areas to ensure adherence to quality control standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize production processes.
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture, agriculture, or related field preferred.
