- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain and improve clinical excellence.
- Work collaboratively with corporate leadership to drive business growth and success.
- Minimum 3-5 years of acute inpatient hospital experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Wisconsin.
