Job Overview

As a Cath Lab Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating access to essential medical services for our patients. Experience in medical settings or patient care is highly desirable. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, Russian, Polish, or Greek is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls related to patient retention and scheduling from both new and existing patients.
  • Address the scheduling requirements of current patients, ensuring alignment with their individualized Care Plans.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of USA Clinics' offerings and services.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and critical thinking when addressing patient care inquiries.
  • Act promptly to fulfill and resolve patient needs and concerns.
  • Exhibit strong time management abilities while managing multiple tasks across various systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with customers.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between medical personnel and patients.
  • Establish rapport and effective relationships with both patients and clinical staff.
  • Efficiently resolve any issues or challenges with professionalism.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Spanish language proficiency is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, such as CNA, MA, Patient Advocate, or Medical Office experience is required.
  • Alternatively, 5+ years of consistent work experience in a call center or office setting may be considered.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, reporting, data entry, time management, and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and call center software.
  • Ability to connect with individuals, empathize with their situations, and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in utilizing decision trees and scripted flows is necessary.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Experience in adapting to rapid changes in a work environment.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
