We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications/network systems across multiple Regional Health Ministries (RHMs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership of projects and contribute to the design of converged telecommunications and network systems.
  • Translate business parameters and objectives into functional and/or technical requirements.
  • Configure systems, handle problem resolution, and participate in the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and system office standards for both project implementations and ongoing upgrades.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge or five (5) to seven (7) years in either network infrastructure or telephony infrastructure, with general knowledge in the other.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with end users, technical staff, and vendors of differing professional levels.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership of project implementation teams.
Working Conditions

The incumbent will work in a typical office environment or in infrastructure equipment rooms such as telecommunications closets, server rooms, data centers, or telephone system centers. The areas are typically well-lit, temperature-controlled, and generally free from hazards. High voltages may be present, and caution is an expected behavior.
