- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the flavor/pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
