Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients who are ill, injured, or disabled.
- Implement care plans with precision and accuracy.
- Observe and report any changes in patient conditions or behaviors.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Collaborate with Case Managers and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient records.
- Offer guidance and emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications We Seek:
- Valid nursing license in good standing from the state.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Must operate as an independent contractor (1099).
- Current CPR Certification.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
- Malpractice Insurance is required.
- Proficiency with medical software and equipment is preferred.
