Southwoods Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Quality Specialist to join our Quality Department. This individual will play a key role in quality improvement initiatives, assessments, and reviews. They will ensure compliance with Joint Commission, ODH, CMS, OSHA, and other regulatory standards to maintain accreditation and regulatory outcomes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for data entry, patient outreach, and completing OPPE and FPPE for providers. Additional duties will include investigating incident reports and patient grievances. A RN with an active license in the State of Ohio and a Bachelor of Science in nursing (preferred) is required.
This is a full-time position with a dayshift schedule, Monday to Friday. At Southwoods Health, we prioritize not only the treatment of our patients but also the well-being of our staff.
