We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.
Key Responsibilities- Validate the "Less Than Daily" sanitation program to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement moisture retention protocols to maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validation of protocols and procedures.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the development of good manufacturing practices (GMP) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Excel formulas and data analysis.
- Background in supply chain and customer service preferred.
- Computer skills, including Excel, Word, Visio, Teams, Power BI, and SharePoint.
