The Commercial Construction Cost Estimator at Dawson will play a pivotal role in evaluating projects across various sectors including industrial, office, educational, and healthcare. Projects will vary significantly in scale, ranging from $10,000 to $20 million. This role will primarily assist the design/build manager by generating estimates for schematic, design development, and permit-level documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop precise budgets for projects at various design stages including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Conduct hard bid and competitive estimating for plan and specification projects.

  • Manage multiple estimates concurrently.
