We are seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Engineer - GCP to lead our cloud engineering efforts and drive the development of scalable systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining long-term cloud strategy, designing and implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the safety, security, and cost-effectiveness of our cloud services.
About the Role:
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader on GCP Cloud platforms.
- Design and implement multi-region, highly available, and highly automated cloud environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams.
- Focused on continuous improvement in system reliability through automation and monitoring.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or related area.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- GCP certification such as Cloud Engineer and/or Cloud Architect.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security, and identity management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building high-scaled distributed systems running in cloud environments.
- Experience with DevOps practices and supporting tools.
- Agile/lean development methodologies experience.
