Compensation: Earnings are based on a standard 45-hour workweek

  • During Training: $38,285 / year (Average Annual Earnings) plus uncapped bonuses
  • Post-Training: $60k - $80k / year (Average Annual Earnings including bonuses)

Work Schedule:

  • The workday commences at 8:15 am, Monday through Friday
  • Overtime and Saturday work may be required based on operational demands
  • As a Management Trainee, you will typically work an average of 45 hours each week
  • Extended office hours may vary depending on branch size

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate services both via phone and in-person
  • Encourage additional product offerings to best serve both new and existing clients
  • Reach out to customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements
  • Assist the Branch Manager in surpassing established branch objectives
  • Learn and support management responsibilities such as delegating employee tasks and reviewing loan documentation
  • Become adept in all facets of management including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management; your relocation preferences will be considered, but not guaranteed.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and credit evaluation.
