Project Executive Job Description

Facilities Maintenance Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our construction projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to achieve customer service objectives and maintain our core values of Quality, Teamwork, Pride, Passion, and Integrity.
  • Manage the completion of construction projects throughout the nation, including residential remodels, commercial building renovations, and multi-family/student housing renovations.
  • Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring all safety requirements are met and subcontractors and vendors are managed effectively.
  • Monitor and manage the financial progress of each project, including contractual obligations, pay schedules, and work-in-progress schedules.
  • Document employee performance and communicate action plans with employees for implementation.
  • Adhere to operating procedures to ensure staff is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure training objectives are met for all staff within stated timeframes.
  • Ensure all assigned employees are actively participating in department goals.
  • Organize and lead weekly toolbox talks at each jobsite.
  • Maintain client contract compliance and communicate with clients as necessary.
  • Orient new coworkers and actively support teamwork throughout the company.
  • Participate in corporate and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems.
  • Experience in contractor accounting systems such as CMiC or similar.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to perform construction-related tasks in the field if needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A take-initiative mindset.
  • A strong focus on customer relations.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Ability to travel is required.
