Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age;
  • Possess an Arizona State license to practice as a Registered Dietitian;
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition;
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, creativity, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure quality care;
  • Capable of executing conflict resolution strategies;
  • Proficient in developing routine reports and correspondence;
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills;
  • Familiarity with MS Windows 365 and/or Electronic Health Records Systems;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Ability to provide culturally sensitive services;
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card;
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are required;
  • Basic Life Support certification or the ability to obtain it within 10 business days of hire;
  • TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray upon hire (as applicable);
  • Vaccination records or declination forms for Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella;
  • Covid-19 Vaccination or qualified exemption (religious or medical).
