Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in senior-focused primary care
- Participate in daily huddles with the care team to discuss patient needs and develop solutions
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
- Two to five years directly applicable experience in senior-focused primary care
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage panels and understanding of best practices in coordinated care environments
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
- Guaranteed base salary + 20% bi-annual quality incentive, total compensation up to $300,000
- Excellent benefit package, including health insurance, CME allowance/time, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, relocation and sign-on bonus options, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance/disability, paid time off/holidays, and minimal call
