Job Overview:
Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is seeking a Quality Performance Improvement Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in evaluating workflows and reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise will help us optimize clinical practices, automate repetition, and create support materials for frontline staff. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and revise processes and workflows, providing on-site training and follow-up for staff. Your analytical skills will be essential in extracting, interpreting, and analyzing data to drive data-driven decision making. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures. Research, develop, and acquire tools and methods to improve operations. Collaborate with Leaders to develop and revise processes and workflows. Provide on-site training and follow-up for staff. Facilitate performance improvement project teams to support implementation, monitoring, and sustainability. Maintain efficient work process to provide timely review results to the organization. Assist in managing process controls for the organization. Act as content expert for performance improvement tools. Assist, coach, and teach processes while incorporating performance improvement tools and philosophies. Extract, interpret, and analyze data in evaluation of root cause analysis and data-driven decision making. Develop collaborative relationships with the Quality Team by assessing development and revision of key processes to improve quality of care.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent years of relevant experience. Interest and ability to consistently learn.
