Pilates Reformer Coach Position Overview

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pilates Reformer Coach to lead our Pilates programming and facilitate small group classes and 1:1 sessions for our members.

Estimated Salary Range:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver safe and effective Pilates Reformer workouts for group classes and private sessions.
  • Develop and maintain individualized program design for clients with diverse needs and goals.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy studio space, ensuring a positive member experience.
  • Complete administrative requirements, including scheduling and client communication.
Requirements:
  • A passion for teaching Pilates and working with clients of all levels.
  • Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus Certifications from a reputable organization.
  • Experience instructing group classes and adapting to individual client needs.
