Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Medical Director of Oncology to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a key member of our healthcare system, you will be responsible for leading our oncology services and providing exceptional patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of hematology-oncology physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver outstanding, multidisciplinary care to patients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments within the healthcare system to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide administrative oversight and support to the oncology team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
**Requirements:**
- Board certification in hematology-oncology
- Previous experience as a Medical Director (5-10 years preferred)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
