We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cobblestone Court in Maplewood, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and a commitment to ensuring the physical operations of our apartment community meet Aeon standards. Key responsibilities include performing a wide variety of general maintenance and repair functions, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, air handler and general HVAC maintenance, lock changes, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, installation and repair of window coverings, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, etc. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff and visitors. About the Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment community, including all aspects of physical operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Site Manager to ensure that Aeon standards are met in areas such as preventative maintenance, work order completion, safety and security, physical condition, market appeal, customer service promises, and utility conservation standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to learning and participating in Aeon's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and a strong work ethic.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (commensurate with experience), an impressive benefit package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
