Job Description

As a Behavioral Health Technician at ATC Philadelphia, you will be responsible for delivering interventions based on individual treatment plans (ITPs). You will work one-on-one with children/adolescents to implement behavioral contingencies, verbal redirection, prompting, coaching, emotional support, time-structured activities, crisis management techniques, and other strategies as described in the treatment plan.

You will collaborate with our team of experts, including Behavior Consultants, Mobile Therapists, and other clinical staff, to identify and pursue medically necessary treatment goals. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and generous paid time off.
