Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling our pest management services to residential customers, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct sales appointments with potential customers to explain our services and products
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customers' properties to identify pest issues and provide solutions
  • Make sales presentations to customers, addressing their concerns and needs
  • Complete paperwork and process sales transactions efficiently
  • Achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
  • Physical ability to safely use a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and access crawl spaces, attics, and roof tops
