About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Paymentus. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs to meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing concepts for print and digital media, collaborating with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design concepts for print and digital media, ensuring they align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging campaigns that drive results.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design materials that meet their requirements.
  • Modify and revise existing designs to ensure they meet the needs of our teams and clients.
  • Create visually appealing and professionally designed PowerPoint presentations for various teams.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating updated graphics for the company.
  • Organize and maintain the artwork library to ensure all files are up-to-date and accessible to team members.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Prepare files for print and web production and QA design for errors.
  • Field other design requests as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a digital and B2B SaaS environment or Ad Agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Design Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus.
  • Experience with both print and digital media.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative to solve challenges.
  • Excellent written communications and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

Physical Demands

This role requires sitting or standing at a computer workstation.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

No travel required for this role.
