Job Responsibilities
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction field.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction scheduling, negotiation, and familiarity with local trades is preferred.
  • Experience with Public K-12, Higher Education, and Healthcare Projects is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects valued at $15M or more.
