Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving our World Class manufacturing safety culture through inspirational leadership and management of the transition to a culture where 100% of employees are engaged 100% of the time to achieve zero accidents.
  • Providing leadership to our operating teams as we build a TPM-based High Performance Work System, building flexible, stronger, and more engaged operating teams.
  • Delivering KPIs in safety, service, and savings through execution of key projects, programs, loss reduction, and engaging 100% of our team towards our 2024 vision.
  • Inspiring the manufacturing team to embrace Lean practices and use their ability to listen and communicate transparently to encourage every single person to think Lean and act proactively to make changes that will save time and reduce manufacturing waste.
  • Leading Autonomous Maintenance pillar activities as a fundamental culture shift in our TPM journey.
  • Strengthening and fostering front-line leadership capability, impact, and sustainable operations.
  • Managing the integration of capital projects with cross-functional teams and responding to opportunities for process improvements.
  • Integrating business partnership focus in strengthening cross-functional collaboration with RD&E, Logistics, Suppliers, and Key Business leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, science, technology, engineering, math, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing people management experience.
  • 2+ years in an operations functional area, e.g., Production, Distribution, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Compliance, Regulatory, and/or HR.
  • 1+ years of capital project management experience.
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Advanced Technical Degree or MBA.
  • Labor relations experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a chemical, food & beverage, consumer products, or related manufacturing industry.
  • 3+ years of experience applying Lean/TPM principles in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional project or program management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain financial measurements of Operations, Capital Management.
  • Extensive experience using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, and other relevant computer software and systems effectively.
