**Job Summary**
PMI Prime Property Services, a leading property management and real estate services company, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations of our communities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate directly with Property Managers to support day-to-day operations and supervise all business functions.
- Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts, including preparing all paperwork specific to new and renewal leases.
- Communicate and adhere to community policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service.
- Maintain rent rolls and bank balances, and negotiate and oversee maintenance projects with vendors, owners, and tenants.
- Prepare and maintain Property Management Work Authorization forms, and monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners.
- Conduct physical inspections of all properties, and send out electronic late notices and make collection calls.
- Prepare online rent statements for all tenants, and support sales staff in entering data and work requests.
**Requirements**
- Current real estate license or ability to acquire within 1 year.
- 2+ years of property management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
