Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repetitive and routine inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of standard parts, units, equipment, or materials.
- Conduct inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished company products according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical, and/or electrical measurements.
- Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required.
- Perform audits to ensure standards of quality are maintained.
- Document the results of inspections and testing.
- Coordinate calibration of test equipment and fixtures.
- Assist with inspection procedures, protocol, and checklists.
- Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow directions and document information.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Preferred Education: Vocational/Technical Training Degree
- Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000 systems a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite a plus
- DoD SECRET or higher security clearance.
Work Location: Camden, Arkansas (relocation support available)
Travel: 0 - 5% mainly within the United States.
