Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying sales opportunities, and growing Salem Five's market share in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify sales opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and grow Salem Five's market share in the communities it serves.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time by making a personal connection with every customer, uncovering their financial needs, and providing financial solutions that meet their needs.
  • Business Acumen and Technical Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the business of banking, including income and expense streams and portfolio of products and services.
  • Banking Operations: Able to quickly learn and adhere to all policies and procedure related to branch operations, including check cashing, deposit taking, settlement, account opening, debit card issuance, and other such functions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years' experience in a retail or banking environment required, supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven success in delivering a superior experience in a customer-centric environment.
