About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced professional to install and service access control, CCTV, and surveillance systems. As a Security Solutions Specialist, you will lead teams or work independently to implement and perform service for new equipment installation, equipment, or system repairs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment and software, as well as performing computer program entry to add cameras, access control devices, and intrusion alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure access control, CCTV, and surveillance systems
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment and software
- Perform computer program entry to add cameras, access control devices, and intrusion alarm systems
- Lead teams or work independently to complete projects and work orders efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. A working knowledge of Lenel, Software House, Avigilon, Open Option, and Genetec is a must. You must also be able to read technical documents, drawings, and prints.
