Job Title: Tax Advisor - Block Advisors

At H&R Block, we're looking for a skilled Tax Advisor to join our Block Advisors team. As a Tax Advisor, you'll work with clients to provide tax preparation, audit support, and tax planning services year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships to provide exceptional service and drive business growth
  • Conduct tax interviews and provide tax planning and audit support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of tax experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
