Job Summary:

As a Block Advisors Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex tax and business service needs. You will provide expert tax preparation, audit support, and planning services to clients, building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tax preparation, audit support, and planning services to clients
• Build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
• Meet sales and revenue targets to drive business growth

Requirements:

• 5 years of tax experience
• Experience completing individual tax returns
• Tax planning and audit support
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually
• Comfort working with virtual tools
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
