Descripción General:
El Especialista en Cuidado de Habitaciones es responsable del mantenimiento y la limpieza de todas las áreas y equipos asignados. También es responsable de entregar artículos a las habitaciones (salida exprés, periódicos – específicos de la propiedad, etc.).
Responsabilidades:
- Pulir los pisos de mármol diariamente de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel.
- Limpiar las alfombras en las áreas públicas según los estándares del hotel.
- Limpiar los muebles según sea necesario.
- Manejar todas las solicitudes de asistencia con el equipaje de manera amigable, eficiente y cortés.
- Manejar los artículos de "Objetos Perdidos" de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel.
- Limpiar las habitaciones según sea necesario.
- Tener conocimiento y asistir en todos los procedimientos de emergencia.
- Mantener el equipo del hotel en buen estado de funcionamiento.
- Mantener el almacenamiento del equipo del hotel en el área adecuada.
- Completar proyectos especiales según lo asignado por el Gerente de Limpieza.
- Asegurar la satisfacción general del huésped.
Calificaciones:
Se prefiere diploma de secundaria o equivalente y/o experiencia en un hotel o en un campo relacionado.
Debe ser capaz de ejercer hasta 100 libras de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o 50 libras de fuerza con frecuencia y/o hasta 20 libras de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, tirar o mover objetos de otra manera.
Capacidad para estar de pie durante toda la jornada laboral.Debe ser capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva tanto verbalmente como por escrito, con todos los niveles de empleados y huéspedes de manera atenta, amigable, cortés y orientada al servicio.
