Key Responsibilities:
As the Pediatric Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals, including Lead Therapists, BCBAs, and administrative staff.
- Report directly to the Regional Vice President, providing insights and updates on center operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of care.
- Manage the center's financial performance, including budget adherence and expense approvals.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and team engagement.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with the leadership team to review key performance indicators and strategize on operational enhancements.
- Oversee the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
- Current and active licensure and board certification in the applicable discipline.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting.
