We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:****Patient Care:**

* Assist patients with daily dialysis treatments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the process.

* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting a positive treatment experience.

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs.

**Administrative Tasks:**

* Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing waste.

* Process lab samples and prepare them for transport to the laboratory for analysis.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

* Perform routine maintenance tasks on dialysis equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.

* 3-6 months of experience in a healthcare setting; dialysis experience a plus.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

* Basic math skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks as needed.
