Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate vascular access for patency and perform vascular access cannulation">
  • Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight">
  • Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders">
  • Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy">
  • Document patient information accurately and timely">
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans">
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff">

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required">
  • Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline">
  • Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards">
  • Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred">

What We Offer:

Fresenius Medical Care North America offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
