As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical and financial performance, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical and operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address clinical and operational challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with regional and national leaders to develop and implement best practices in primary care
Requirements
  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
  • Current State Medical License or ability to obtain
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross
  • 5+ years of experience in primary care leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and reducing costs
