Nestled at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, our 4-diamond hotels attract guests from around the world. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will take pride in ensuring the quality of our guest rooms, public spaces, and behind-the-scenes areas. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, implementing cost control measures, and leading a team of 30 housekeeping staff.

Requirements

  • Full-service hotel experience, preferably in an upscale independent hotel
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and coach high-performing team members
  • Dependability, organization, and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback from management
