About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer, Controls to join our Engineering & Technical Services Organization (TSO). This position will lead projects and provide daily support to our Process Research Labs (PRL) in Orrville, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading electrical and controls aspects of PRL projects, delivering critical support to drive projects from inception to completion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical and controls aspects of PRL projects
  • Deliver critical support to help drive projects from inception to completion
  • Provide troubleshooting support to resolve control system issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely issue resolution
  • Help train process engineers and technicians on simpler controls tasks

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's of Engineering degree
  • 2+ years of control systems engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of machine and/or process control hardware, instrumentation, and software including Allen Bradley PLC and Rockwell FactoryTalk platforms
  • On-site troubleshooting experience

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year
