Nutrition Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Nutrition Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote nutrition therapy.
  • Assist with reimbursement and billing processes to ensure accurate and timely payment.
Requirements:
  • Registered member of the American Dietetic Association.
  • Valid RD license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in nutrition or a related field.
  • Experience with enteral nutrition and TPNs is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
