Traveling Speech Language Pathologist for Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Description: We're seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time contract position at a reputable area facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
* Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient communication and swallowing skills
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
* Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
* Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
* 1 year of experience under the supervision of a senior SLP
