Job Summary
This position involves working as a Registered Nurse in our Child and Adolescent Psychiatric unit, where you will contribute to providing high-quality care to patients struggling with various Behavioral Health and Mental Health disorders. Your expertise will be vital in developing and implementing individualized care plans, assessing patients' mental health needs, and administering medications accurately. A background in psychiatric settings is preferred but not required.

Main Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive care plans for patients
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mental health needs
- Administer medication according to medical guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications
- RN licensure in Connecticut
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Experience in a psychiatric setting (desired)

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 annually
