Job Summary

Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking a skilled and experienced Colorist to join our team. As a Colorist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair color services to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert hair color consultations and services to guests, including shampooing, conditioning, and styling.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Madison Reed's hair color products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hair color trends and techniques, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Active cosmetology license in the state of employment.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a colorist in a salon environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.
