  • Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring budgets, minimizing overtime, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, supervise pharmacy staff, and promote excellent customer service.
  • Direct the pharmacy team to achieve warehouse utilization goals, reduce overstock, and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Comply with corporate mandated controlled substance operating procedures and monitor third-party profitability.
  • Schedule pharmacy staff to control labor costs, maintain records, and direct the pharmacy to meet budgeted goals.
  • Perform effective detailing, promote public health initiatives, and supervise direct reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited school.
  • Minimum 21 years of age and participation in clinical programs following company-sponsored training.
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality, provide excellent customer service, and write routine reports.
  • Proven leadership skills, license in good standing, and ability to read and interpret prescriptions.
  • Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s) and equivalent combination of education and experience in business management.
