Job Summary

Evergreen Recovery is seeking a highly qualified Therapist to join our team at our new substance abuse treatment center.

We are looking for a skilled AMFT / ASW to provide therapeutic sessions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology or a related field and be certified or licensed to practice in the State of California.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct client care, including group and individual sessions, and will work closely with family members, referral parties, and outside providers to ensure excellent coordination of care.

The Therapist will also be responsible for monitoring client attendance, ensuring that clients are following the daily schedule, and providing clinical approval for client pass requests and visitor pass requests.

Additionally, the Therapist will address and resolve any behavioral issues with clients, address client concerns and grievances, and ensure that clients are given a copy of their discharge plan or recommendation along with community resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical leadership and support skills, a positive and warm attitude, and the ability to maintain a therapeutic environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $40-$45 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
