Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, addressing patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and report patient progress to physicians and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in speech-language therapy and Arizona licensure required.
  • A minimum of one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Therapy.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR certification and valid driver's license with automobile insurance.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
