**Job Title:** Certified Nursing Assistant

**Job Summary:**
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at IntelyCare, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities. Your responsibilities will include measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing residents' conditions, and reporting any concerns to the nursing team. You will also serve meals, assist with daily living activities, and support residents with mobility and toileting needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
* Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs
* Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to the nursing team
* Serve meals and assist with feeding residents as needed
* Support residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
* Assist with moving residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed

**Requirements:**

* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
