About the Opportunity

DMI is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage company iOS devices in MobileIron and BlackBerry MDM, ensuring seamless configuration and policy management.
  • Deploy and update in-house and public apps, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Manage iOS updates, setup zero-touch automation, and certificate deployment.
  • Transition to Intune MDM, designing and implementing configurations, policies, and automation.
  • Provide Level 3 support for mobile tickets, facilitating technical discussions with SMEs, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams and vendors to develop and implement new solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Document migration from MobileIron to Intune and setup PKI email encryption.
Qualifications:
  • Related applicable work experience.
  • Highly skilled in MDM and MAM configuration, managing over 5K mobile devices.
  • Expert in Apple zero-touch, Apple DEP, VPP, APN, and certificate management.
  • Experienced in Intune compliance policy, Azure conditional access, and Intune app protection policy.
Additional Requirements:
  • Modern desktop administrator associate MD101 Microsoft.
  • MobileIron and BlackBerry certifications.

Auburn Hills, MI / Remote / 10% travel.
