Key Responsibilities- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff, ensuring a positive experience in our Pediatric Center.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
- Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and making change.
- Stock and maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, cash handling, and food safety.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
