Senior Private Banker Opportunity

Avior Executive Search, Inc is proud to present a unique opportunity for a seasoned Senior Private Banker to join our client, a growing regional full-service bank. This role offers a chance to leverage your expertise in wealth management and build strong relationships with high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and retain full-service relationships with UHNW and HNW clients.
  • Utilize strong COIs and an established book of clients within the Orlando/Central Florida market.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and teams to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide integrated financial services advice to clients, including banking, credit, asset management, and trust and estate planning.
  • Work proactively with branches and regional teams to identify and generate referrals.
  • Develop internal and external networks for referral sources and create visibility in the marketplace.
  • Offer financial advice and counsel to clients and prospective clients regarding business trends and banking conditions.
  • Participate in community and business functions/groups.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience in the wealth management industry as a Financial Advisor, Private Banker, or Relationship Manager.
  • Proven track record of generating an AUM exceeding $100M USD or T-12 of at least $350K USD.
  • Series 7 and 66 or equivalent licenses, as well as insurance licenses for Life, Health, and Variable products.
