We are expanding our team and looking for a full-time Crop Consultant to collaborate closely with farmers as their reliable advisor throughout the growing season.

Your role will involve hands-on activities such as field inspections, scouting, soil sampling, and developing tailored nutrient management strategies for individual farming operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop & Soil Science, or relevant experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field assessments in accordance with company protocols
  • Perform in-season scouting and provide weekly updates to identify signs of pest, weed, nutrient, and moisture stress impacting crops
  • Collect grid and zone soil samples during the designated seasons
  • Communicate effectively and positively, prioritizing the needs of the customer
  • Analyze samples and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Develop and implement precise nutrient management plans
