About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing analog and mixed-signal IC solutions for various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect analog and mixed-signal IC solutions, including chip-level and cell-level considerations.
  • Lead the design of ASIC I/O and supporting circuitry, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Develop and release IBIS models for I/O associated circuits, ensuring accurate and efficient simulation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on I/O configurations and design requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate analog and mixed-signal circuits, ensuring seamless integration and testing.
  • Plan and execute radiation testing of microelectronic circuits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal Design, with a strong background in IC design and development.
  • US Citizenship is required, with no known barriers to achieving a USG Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with Siemens/Cadence IC design tools, including Synopsys Design Compiler, Synopsys PrimeTime, and Synopsys IC Compiler.
  • Strong knowledge of OS Linux, scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Shell, TCL), and radiation effects analysis.
  • Advanced node and SOI technology design experience, with a strong understanding of CMOS technology.
  • Experience with Siemens Physical Verification tools and methods, with a strong understanding of radiation effects analysis.
