Compensation: $60k+ Commission

Position Summary:

The Five Star is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Print and Digital Media Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new business prospects while nurturing relationships with current clients. A successful background in sales, along with exceptional communication abilities, is essential for thriving in this dynamic and competitive sector.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business leads through various channels including networking, cold outreach, and social platforms;
  • Establish and sustain robust client relationships to guarantee ongoing satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and customize solutions accordingly;
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders;
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies;
  • Achieve and surpass designated monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline;
  • Demonstrated success in a sales position, specifically within print and digital media;
  • Experience in the mortgage sector is advantageous;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities;
  • Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.

Benefits:
